Deposits:

 All service will require a deposit for all new or existing customers

  •  A credit card keeps on file is required in order to book an appointment.

  •  A deposit is required to secure your appointment time 

  •  The deposit will be applied towards the total coast of service.

  •  The deposit is Non-Refundable and must be paid when the appointment is scheduled.

 

 

RESCHEDULES & CANCELATIONS

As life gets busy for all of us and sometimes it may happen that you cannot keep your appointment, or you need to reschedule. We ask that you give a minimum of 48 Hours of notice. Last minute cancelation or “no shows” makes it impossible to fill the space left with other appointments. Help us to better serve you and your fellow guests by respecting our time as we respect your time.

Cancelation or rescheduling within the 48hrs of the scheduled appointment may result in a 50% charge to your scheduled service. A "no show" will result in 100% charge of your scheduled appointment.

A service that requires a 3+ hours reservation or services totaling above 250$ will need a 20% deposit. The deposit will be used toward your service the day of the appointment.

Cancelations within 24 hours or "No Shows” will result 100% charge of your service to the credit card on file.

Deposits are non-refundable!

All hair extension appointments will need a  deposit. The deposit will be used toward your service in the day of the appointment. All hair extension deposits are non-refundable.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

As your happiness and satisfaction is especially important to us, you can return or exchange your product 30 days from the date you bought it, also the product needs to be no more than 30% used. Extension Hair is non-refundable.

We want you to always be happy with your hair and our services. If you are not happy with any results, please let your stylist know at the end of your service so adjustments can be made. Otherwise any future adjustments or corrections will be charged as a new service at full price. Due to the nature of our industry and the amount of time that it requires for the stylist to provide a service we do not offer refunds for our services.

REWARDS PROGRAM

For every service or product you purchase, you will receive 1 point, and 1point=$1. You can then use the points toward the purchasing of products. All points must be used by the end of each year. Points can’t be shared or transferred.

When you refer a friend or family member you get a $20 discount on your next service. What goes around comes around.

GIFT CARDS

If you want to surprise your loved one for a special occasion, you can purchase a Gift Card!

Gift Cards can be purchased multiple ways, online through our website, in salon or by phone. Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash and are non-refundable.

                                                        Elamir Concept Extensions’ Policies

Deposits:

  •  A deposit is required to secure hair for each new install appointment.

  •  The deposit will be applied towards the total coast of service, witch includes the cost of hair.

  •  The deposit is Non-Refundable and must be paid when the appointment is scheduled.

  •  There may be need to add additional hair. Clients will pay for the additional hair at the time of my service.

Cancellations:

     Elamir Concept Hair Studio will send confirmation of each appointment 72 hours before the appointment. Due to the time spent with each client and that each appointment is specially tailored for the client. Not complaining  with the cancelation policies will result in:

    Appointments canceled/rescheduled less then 48hours in advance will result in 50% charge of the service to the credit card provided at the time of booking.

    Appointments canceled/rescheduled less than 24 hours in advance and no shows will result in a charge equal to the amount of the scheduled service (100%) to the credit card provided at the time of booking.

     Client who are more than 15 min late to a scheduled appointment will not be able to receive the full service. If there is not enough time to perform a partial service client will have to reschedule  and be considerate a non-show. Clients will be charge for the amount of time booked, regardless of the time they arrive and the service received.

     There are no refunds for hair deposits and purchases.( Purchases include services performed.)

Salon Etiquette:

 

Discriminatory/derogatory statements & actions are prohibited in the salon and will not be tolerated. 

Any disrespect to your service provider or other clients at the studio will result in the immediate cancellation of the remainder of the appointment.Clients will be charged for the full time booked, and will not be allowed to return to the salon.

 

Release from Harm:

 

     You will hold Elamir Concept,LLC harmless against any and all claims, demands, rights, of action, or causes of action, of any person or entity, that may arise from injuries or damages you or your family sustains.

     I agree to be solely responsible for safety and well-being of myself.

     I agree to comply with all rules imposed by Elamir Concept LLC.( Including Covid Protocols)

     I Agree to always conduct myself in a controlled and reasonable manner according to the  safety and general operating protocols outlined by Elamir Concept LLC.
